Your AC filter,
self-replacing.

AirSolve attaches or comes integrated with split AC and automatically advances a fresh filter section when the old one clogs — cutting electricity bills, service costs, and indoor pollution.

The problem

Dust clogs your AC filter every 2–3 weeks.

In India, pollution and dust mean most AC filters are clogged before most people notice. The consequences are silent but expensive.

₹600

Per service visit

Technician charges just to clean the filter — or you climb up yourself every few weeks.

15–25

Days to clog

In dusty Indian conditions, filters reach maximum blockage in under a month.

~15%

Extra electricity

A clogged filter forces your AC to work harder, inflating your power bill silently.

↓IAQ

Air quality drops

Dirty filters recirculate dust, mold, and allergens back into the room you breathe in.

How it works

A roll of fresh filter. Always ready.

Two cartridges clip/ prebuilt onto the sides of your existing AC. One holds a fresh roll. The other collects the used portion. The system does the rest.

Step 01

Supply cartridge feeds fresh filter

A compact roll of mesh filter media sits inside the supply cartridge on one side — holding enough material for 8 to 10 full replacement cycles.

Step 02

Sensor detects clogging

When airflow drops below threshold, a sensor triggers the drive mechanism. No manual intervention needed — it advances automatically.

Step 03

Fresh section moves into place

The PTFE-coated guiding tray carries the new filter section across the AC air intake perfectly, with zero bypass gaps.

Step 04

Used filter rolls into receiver

The dusty section rolls neatly into the receiving cartridge. Swap and wash it when full — both cartridges are fully interchangeable.

Questions

Frequently asked.

Will it fit my AC? +
AirSolve is a universal retrofit module that attaches externally to virtually any standard wall-mounted split AC indoor unit. No modifications to the AC are required. Exact compatibility per model will be confirmed before shipping.
Is the patent actually filed? +
Yes. Indian Patent Application No. 202511064588, filed July 7, 2025 with the Office of the Controller General of Patents, Designs & Trade Marks (IP India). Published on January 2, 2026 under Section 11A.
How long does each cartridge last? +
Each cartridge holds enough media for 8–10 full replacement cycles — typically 4 to 10 months depending on your environment. Both cartridges are ambidextrous: wash the used one, reload it, and it becomes the supply again.
What if the funding goal isn’t met? +
All backers receive a full refund if the goal is not reached. We proceed to manufacturing only when we have sufficient funding to deliver quality units.
